Where these terms refer to we, us or the practice, they mean Orivanta Sphere. Where they refer to you, they mean the person or organisation using the site.

You may browse this site, read the material on it, and submit a genuine enquiry about the services described. You may quote short extracts with attribution for the purpose of review or discussion.

• Do not copy substantial parts of the site's text, design or code for use elsewhere.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, harvest or replicate the site's content.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, probe it for vulnerabilities or circumvent access controls.
• Do not submit enquiries that are false, abusive, misleading or sent in bulk.
• Do not present yourself as connected to the practice when you are not.

The enquiry form on this site is for genuine project enquiries. Completing it does not create a contract, does not reserve capacity and does not oblige either side to proceed.

An engagement begins only when scope, schedule and fee have been agreed in writing and the deposit described in the Payment and Billing Policy has been received.

A starting price is not a quotation. The final fee depends on the scope agreed after a written brief, and is confirmed in writing before work starts. Prices published on the site may change at any time; a change does not affect a fee already agreed in writing for an active engagement.

Client feedback published on this site is real feedback given to the practice and published with the permission of the person quoted. It is shown with the name and role of the person who gave it.

We do not describe this feedback as independently verified, because it is collected directly rather than through a third party review platform. Feedback describes one client's experience of one engagement and is not a prediction of the result of any other project.

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a fault at the hosting provider or elsewhere on the network.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

We may update these terms as the site or the practice changes. The date at the top of the page records when the current version took effect, and continued use of the site after that date indicates acceptance of the current version.

Terms governing an engagement already under way are not changed by an update to this page. Those terms are fixed by the written agreement for that engagement.
